What to Expect
How will I be billed?
I can accept credit/debit cards, checks and cash. You will receive an invoice each time you are billed.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a delivery fee of $5.00 if delivering less than 25 miles from Laundry Thyme’s location. If travel requires more than 25 miles, delivery fee will start at $5.00+.
What if I am not home when you pick up and deliver?
No problem, just leave your laundry where it can be accessed and it will be returned at the same location.
Do you sell laundry bags?
Yes, laundry bags and organic mesh garment bags are available for purchase. If deciding not to purchase, please provide your own bags.
Can laundry be air dried?
Yes, this is an option with a 48 hour turnaround to allow for proper drying. I have hangers and a garment rack next to the machines. Any clothes that require air or line drying separately from other laundry will be charged separate with a minimum of 15 Ibs.
When will my laundry be delivered/when can I pick up my laundry?
I do pickups on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Drop off at Laundry Thyme location is Tuesday and Thursday. Turnaround time depends on the amount of laundry per client. Under 100Ibs. will be delivered within 24 hours.
Please note: if laundry is more than 100Ibs., a 3 day delivery may be required.
What hours are pickup/delivery?
12:00p.m.-5:00p.m.
What hours are drop off/pickup at Laundry Thyme location?
12:00p.m.-6:00p.m.
If there is bad weather, what should I do?
If you can, please double bag your laundry. I will do my best to protect your laundry, but I cannot be held responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by weather after it is dropped off at your home.
If there is severe weather, will my clothes return on time?
In the event there is a storm or natural occurrences, I will return your laundry when it is safe to do so. I will keep you updated via text/phone call or email.
What happens if you lose/damage laundry?
If an item is lost or damaged, please notify me within 48 hours. If it is lost, I will do my best to have it returned to you. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for laundry that is damaged or lost during inclement weather.
